Our bartender Cooper has vanished for parts unknown. Rumour has it that he has run off to a deserted island off the coast of South America and has no internet connection. Who knows. Luckily we have Pablo to fill the void until Cooper returns from his self-imposed exile. Pablo brings wit and charm as the Ambrosia Bartender in residence. He can always be counted on to get the party cranking and make every Ambrosian feel welcome. Make sure you stop in and drop a line to Pablo. He’s always at the ready with a pixel drink, a quick joke and a light up your smoke.
