Today’s random map teleport finds us in “Nigeria in Africa” Sim. Upon Landing you find yourself in the middle of colorful flowers under Palm trees with parched earth beneath your feet and a few colorful indigenous creatures scampering about. So far so good!
There is indigenous music coming over my speakers. The Lyrics sound kind of like this – “Objiwa Collo Bagoombo Alla mE ala woo ollo koo” – with a lot of drums accompanying it and syncopated beats. It will either totally put you in the mood for your safari or will drive you completely bonkers and make you want to plunge knitting needles into your eardrums. I just turned it a bit lower.
Holy Creepy Crawlers – Its a termite mound with lots and lots of – well actually I think they are ants but i suppose that was all they could find and close enough. They actually crawl around and an aardvark comes and licks them up. It is a bit mesmerising. I spent several minutes staring at this scene. They just keep on coming!
There are friendly elephants to ride around while listening to “Objiwa Collo Bagoombo Alla mE ala woo ollo koo” – OMG I have to turn this down more.
There is a great store called Cacao where you can get native clothing and accoutrements to feel right at home whilst listening to the maddening beats of my favourite song “Objiwa Collo Bagoombo Alla mE ala woo ollo koo” Then its off to the local village where people dwell in cylindrical domiciles and and cook around open fires whilst braiding one another’s hair.
This is the perfect place to come down with Dengue Fever! You can even rent one of the Cylinders to live in if you ever decide to go native. Oh, a new song is on – “Bosongo Onijawa Deyoo Anima Patitoo Bagumba.” Perfect to wash my clothes to. So many activities here in Nigeria!
And when your busy day is done you can just sack out and chill to the beat. I found this hammock next to the Nigerian Ocean to be perfect for lazing in the sun listening to music from Itunes. I can only handle so much “Bosongo Onijawa Deyoo Anima Patitoo Bagumba.”
I highly recommend an African Safari to all Ambrosians!
Here is your Jeep ride.
