It seems like everyday is Halloween in Second Life® with all the wacky avatars and attachments that people normally wear. So what made yesterday different? It was the effort that so many people put into creating a truly different appearance!
I built an alternate universe Ambrosia underneath the club and we spent all week decorating it with ghoulish apparitions, creepy spiders and things that go bump in the night. At high noon the dance floor was yanked and 25 Ambrosians were dropped into hell!
It was hard to single out one best costume as there were so many good ones. Cooper the Bartender was cutting up the limes with a machete. People who arrived and stayed as “Puffy the Cloud” seemed to be right in the theme of things.
There was no close slow dancing for Alomalie Mills who garnered a prize for wearing this spiky outfit. For those of you who have unlimited time on your hands try counting all the prims he is wearing. Report back to me next Tuesday.
Paris39 Jewell was a bright spot on the dance floor among the zombies and hatchet victims in this Vegas showgirl creation.
Dove Perlmann is just plain cute in this outfit and she matches the Ambrosia decor perfectly!
Someone call a medic! JesseLeanne Sawson and Sapphires Destiny look downright scary in their blood splattered skins.
Talk about indigestion! Pablo Roffo has no trouble bustin’ a move with a hatchet sticking out of his belly as Ambrosia Dancer Lorrelai Kondor looks around hungrily for her next blood meal.
Wonder woman is intrigued by Bald Superman and contemplates using her golden lariat on him.
How the hell did this dude get past the bouncers? Wayne34 Jewel is homeless but partying hard at Ambrosia. With the way the inworld economy is running lately we will all be in the same boat soon.
I really liked this outfit that Gerbil Beaumont had on for the party. Its a little less spooky than the dried blood on Sapphires pasty body.
I would like to thank everyone who came by and made this party such a smashing success. It lasted a little over 6 hours and every moment of it was wonderful with over 300 Ambrosians showing up at one point or another. I can’t wait for the next holiday!
