One of the favourite cocktails on the planet it the Midori Sour. Its unique sweet and sour taste willl tittlate your palate and keep yo coming back for more.  It;s the perfect refreshing summertime treat.
The beauty of this potion is that it’s so very simple to make and it does not require and special gadgets or devices to make.  The most rank amateur will find this easy to pour to perfection.

Recipe

1 Oz Midori liqueur
1 Oz Sweet and Sour mix
2 Oz Sprite
1 Lemon Wedge
1 Maraschino Cherry or fresh

Pack a highball glass with ice.  Remember that Ice is your friend. The add the midori , sour mix and Sprite. Give it a vigorous mix  and top off  with your favourite garnish.

Since I like my drinks a to be a little bit on the strong side I add to the recipe 1 Oz of my preffered vodka to give it a high octane kick, so go ahead Ambrosians , try it !!!
