Ambrosia Dance Club

Traffic at the club in the last week has been growing by leaps and bounds.  According to the Linden traffic count we have hit an all time high of 25,276 traffic rating, whatever that means.  According to the club counter we had 717 unique visitors on Friday.  And as anyone who has ever visited the place knows, these are real people, not bots and campers.

This means that more and more people are coming to check out the buzz at Ambrosia.  What is the buzz?  Well, our Promotions Director Roxy has lined up some of the hottest live acts in SL to entertain Ambrosians.  In the coming weeks you will enjoy amazing artists such as Maximillion Kleene, AM Moonites, Andreus Gustafson and Duzzy Ryder.

Ambrosia now is the home to over 27 of the hottest Djs on the Grid playing a wide variety of musical styles.

And of course the extraordinary Ambrosia Dancers make sure that your stay at the venue is comfortable and hassle-free.

So what makes Ambrosia different than the other 2000 clubs in Second Life?  It’s simple.  Real People having Real Fun!  See you at the Party!

The voting has ended for the Best in Sl survey and I wish to thank everyone who voted for Ambrosia as their favourite venue.  We have strived to make it a place where people  can come and be truly entertained in an environment that is both comfortable and exciting.  We shall continue to bring you the hottest in live entertainment, the most progressive DJs and of course the stimulating conversations with the Ambrosia Dancers.

Linden Labs has announced its Resident Choice awards where people can vote for different categories of their favorite places and people in SL.  I figured that maybe, just maybe, if enough Ambrosians voted for our venue we might win a category.  On the other hand, the cynic in me tells me that this has already been gamed by people with server farms and hundreds  of alt accounts.  But it can’t hurt to try. All active Residents of Second Life are welcome to participate. Voting is easy, and no purchase is necessary. Just click the Vote Now button to cast your ballot on all 35 fantabulous questions during the voting period (March 31 through April 7, 2009).

Make sure when you vote to provide a SLurl or avatar name for each award question. That’s how we can check to be sure we know exactly who or what you’re voting for. Fridays at Ambrosia are always special. Our bartender Cooper is in for most of the day so the virtual liquor is always flowing. Because it is Wild West Friday the order of the day is usually for whisky, tennessee bourbon or tequila. Which usually leads to Ambrosians like Jowan passing out on the couch
